We accept the following concession cards on the criteria that they have a valid expiry date and that the card is shown upon your first visit for new concession memberships or each casual visit to the centre:
Yes, members can place their membership on hold. This can be self-managed via our Active World app, please see more information and directions on our Manage Your Membership page.
As part of your membership agreement, we require 14 days written notice for any cancellations. You must email us your written notice.
