Cancel My Membership

We are sorry to see you are looking to cancel your direct debit membership with us.

Cancellation conditions: A 14 days notice period is required on all memberships. You will continue to have access to our venue until your 14 days have ended.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to make-up lessons.

  • A maximum of three makeup lessons are available per student, per calendar year.
  • All makeup lessons must be booked through Active World.
  • Lessons that you are unable to attend and wish to book a makeup lesson for must be marked absent a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start of class time.
  • If you do not notify us of your absence, no make-up lessons will be offered.
  • Credits will not be added for make-up lessons at any time.

Suspension conditions: All memberships can be placed on suspension for $5 per week for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year. At least 1 day’s notice is required.

Medical Suspensions
If you are suspending your membership due to medical reasons, you may be eligible for the $5 per week fee to be waived. You will need to provide a medical certificate, and requests will be managed on a case-by-case basis.
